Here’s an easy step-by-step guide to making crispy, flavorful kale chips. While kale has gotten a bad rap as a fad, it’s an undeniable superfood. Packed with vitamin A and C, fiber and antioxidants, these tasty chips make a great low-calorie snack.

Ingredients:
4 cups stemmed, cleaned and dried kale leaves
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon miso powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon sugar (optional)

Directions:
Stem, clean and dry kale. The leaves need to be dry to prevent sogginess.
Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
Massage oil into kale leaves.
Sprinkle with dry mix and toss. Spread on baking sheet and cook at 300°F for 10 minutes. Rotate tray and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy.
